Cristian almost walked away. Many times. But instead of leaving coffee, he chose to understand it, improve it, and do it differently.

Since 2015, Cristian has committed himself fully to coffee—not just as a crop, but as a craft. What keeps him going is simple and powerful: the belief that coffee can be done with dignity, intelligence, and purpose.
