How it works
Three steps. Zero anonymous coffee.
Flight, Duo or Full. Whole bean, ground for filter or ground for espresso.
A few days before each box, we email you the coffees: producer, variety, process, altitude and tasting notes. Swap any of them before the deadline.
We roast for your order and ship the next day, with the Chain Receipt inside.
What comes in every box
A receipt most coffee companies would never print.
Half of what you pay goes to the producers in your box. Every box includes a Chain Receipt showing exactly what each of them earned.
Questions
Which size is right for me?
Flight is for tasting: about 18 cups across three coffees. Duo fits about one cup a day. Full is for two people or heavy drinkers. Brewing espresso? Choose Duo or Full: 100g goes fast when you dial in.
When am I charged?
When you subscribe, then on the same date each cycle. We email you a few days before every box.
Can I choose my coffees?
Yes. We email you a preview of your next box a few days before it's roasted. Reply to swap any coffee before the deadline in that email.
What if I don't love my first box?
Tell us and we'll replace any coffee with another producer's at no cost.
Can I pause, skip, change size or cancel?
Anytime, from your account. No calls, no forms.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States.
